Reliable, helpful and on time
Mike must be one of the only, or at least few, tradesmen who does what he says he's going to do. His communication is excellent, he answers his phone and text messages promptly, and is an absolute joy to work with.
Some jobs don't run smoothly and mine was one of those, but Mike dug in and got it completed without any hassles, even when he had to drive back and forth to the plumbing supplier.
His costs are very reasonable and I'd definitely use Mike again. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great plumber.

I had a small leak on the tampering valve of my gas water heater.
I sent Michael the pics of it and Michael could confirm that what was needed was the tampering valve's replacement and quoted me a price on Friday.
Michael came the following Monday and got it replaced in under half an hour and charged exactly the price he quoted. Michael was very skillful, fast, and responsive.
